Sunday Mornings
Each Sunday morning, Beaumont’s First Baptist Church offers age-appropriate classes for babies through 6th grade during both service times. Each class uses the Gospel Project curriculum produced by Lifeway Christian Resources. Students have the opportunity to study biblically based lessons leading them through the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation every 3 years! Lessons are relevant to life and rooted in biblical truths. Our staff and volunteers are passionate about investing the Good News of Jesus into our children. FBC Beaumont's FirstKidz ministry exists to equip and encourage you to disciple your children to become followers of Jesus!

SPECIAL EVENTS
Kidz Blitz
Recently, Beaumont’s First Baptist Church moved from a traditional VBS to KidzBlitz, a national ministry providing a family-friendly event each summer that has a clear Gospel message with so much FUN! Families compete in crazy games and there is intense audience participation. It is an experience like no other! Your family will be talking about KidzBlitz all year!
Camp
Preteen summer camp is a great opportunity for your preteen children to attend a camp focused on teaching the Bible. While participating in activities such as swimming, ropes courses, archery, and sports, these soon-to-be young adults are continually reminded about the Message and Method of Jesus.
Easter Hunt
Each year Beaumont’s First Baptist Church hosts the Community Easter Egg Hunt at Rogers Park. It is an outreach event where the Gospel is presented each year. We have over 25,000 Easter eggs, give away 16 bicycles, and typically have about 1,000 people in attendance. We even have one of the area's only Special Blessings Field that is adapted for easy access for those with special needs.
Melissa Johnson
As a child of God and the mother of an amazing special needs daughter, Melissa is uniquely gifted and qualified to understand the physical and spiritual needs of children. Her passion for children's ministries is an overflowing of her love for Christ. FBC Beaumont's children's ministries are focused on helping to equip parents to disciple their children at home. We are here to equip, encourage, and engage the next generation to become disciples of Jesus who will make disciples.
